We may share candidate resumes and qualifications with client airlines, MROs, and aviation operators only when you have applied for a specific role or given consent for representation. Candidate profiles and resumes are retained in our talent database for the duration of your active job search and for up to 24 months thereafter, unless you request deletion. Employer data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required by applicable record-keeping laws.
